Terms of registration

01The programme

With Allah is a three-day experiential training programme of approximately fifteen sessions and twenty-seven hours, delivered in Bahasa Indonesia at a venue announced for each batch. It combines guided reflection, self-assessment, exercises, discussion and personal writing.

02Your account

You need an account to register, and you must be at least eighteen years old. Please give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

03Fees and payment

The fee is Rp 5.500.000 for each participant. No tax is added to this amount. The fee covers the three days of training, participant materials, and refreshments as stated for each batch. Travel and accommodation are not included.

Payment is made through our payment provider by virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet, card or retail outlet. Seats are held for twenty-four hours from the moment payment is initiated, and your place is confirmed only once payment is received. An invoice is issued by PT Raya Makmur Selaras and is available in your account.

04Registering other participants

You may register up to four participants in total, including yourself. If you register others, you confirm that they have agreed to take part and to your sharing their contact and health details with us. Each participant attends in their own name.

05Refunds, transfers and cancellation

If you cancel twenty-one days or more before the first day of the programme, you receive a full refund less an administration fee of Rp 250.000 per participant.

If you cancel between twenty and eight days before the first day, fifty per cent of the fee is refunded.

If you cancel seven days or fewer before the first day, the fee is not refundable. You may instead transfer your place once, at no cost, to any batch within the following twelve months, provided you ask at least seven days before the programme begins.

You may substitute a different person for a registered participant at no cost up to three days before the first day, by writing to us with their details.

If we postpone or cancel a batch, you may choose either a full refund or a transfer to another batch. We are not able to reimburse travel or accommodation costs.

There is no refund for arriving late, leaving early, partial attendance or not attending. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen working days. All requests should be sent to admin@withallah.id.

06Changes to a batch

We may need to change the venue, the schedule or a facilitator. Where a change is significant we will tell you as soon as we can, and clause 05 applies.

07Health and wellbeing

You are asked to declare health information at registration and to tell us if anything changes before the programme. Please attend only if you are well enough to take part in three days of seated indoor sessions. Our team is not medically qualified, and you remain responsible for your own health decisions and medication.

08What the programme is not

With Allah is a training programme. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or financial advice, and it does not replace professional care. We make no promise of any particular outcome in your health, wealth, career, relationships or circumstances.

09In the room

Participants share personal reflections during the programme. What is shared in the room stays in the room. Recording sessions by audio, video or photography is not permitted, and we ask you to treat facilitators, staff and fellow participants with respect. We may ask a participant to leave, without refund, if their conduct disrupts the programme or the safety of others.

10Materials and intellectual property

All slides, workbooks, exercises, names and materials remain the property of PT Raya Makmur Selaras. They are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, taught, resold or distributed without our written permission.

11Photography by the organiser

We may take photographs at the venue for our own records and communications. If you prefer not to appear in them, tell the team at registration on the first day and we will respect that.

12Liability, force majeure and governing law

Our liability to you is limited to the fee you have paid. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings at the venue, or for delays and cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, public health restrictions, unrest or the loss of the venue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute will be settled in the courts of South Jakarta. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
